Meet our Founder

Sarah Joseph, Esq.

Sarah is an experienced legal practitioner with over 10 years experience in real estate which includes sales and acquisitions, financing, leasing, management, construction, and real estate development. After graduating from Fordham University School of Law, Sarah expanded her expertise in planning, structuring, and financing real estate projects with the completion of the Greenberg-Traurig LL.M. in Real Property Development at the University of Miami School of Law.

Sarah gained first-hand experience in commercial litigation and trial practice through her judicial clerkship in the Chambers of the Honorable Barry R. Ostrager in the Commercial Division of New York State Supreme Court. Before founding LHV Law Group, Sarah worked for a private equity firm and handled sophisticated legal and business issues associated with complex, structured real estate transactions.  

Sarah regularly volunteers at a Housing Court and provides pro bono legal representation to low-income families as part of the NY State Courts’ Access to Justice Program. Sarah received an award for her distinguished service in the program.
